In order to undertake a valid return, you must obtain written approval for such return from Azure Outfitters, which can be requested by emailing us at email@example.com. Any Products sent back to Azure by you without the written consent of Azure shall be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
Used products, all merchandise, batteries, special orders, sale items, gift cards and gifted orders shall not be returnable.
We do not offer exchanges inside Canada; however, you can receive a store credit so that you can replace the order with the item you prefer.
